Reference Cook County Seals, Chicago City-County Hall, Chicago USA
There are two 'Seals' on the Cook County half of the City-County Hall building?
The 'coat of arms' in the centre of both 'Seals' are the same.
The two figures either side of one 'Seal' are different to those two on the other'Seal'?
So they could be 'named' one name' for one 'Seal', another name for the other 'Seal'?
Than just referred to as the 'Seals' particularly in regard photo editing: naming them
Or do they have 'names' but they are not widely known?
Like a road intersection where two different roads cross, with an island in the middle?
Known to 'locals' by one name, but knwon to others by road and junction number?
